Return policy
Return policy for Europe
At CAVACCHI, we do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, we know that sometimes a product is not what you expected. That is why we have simplified our returns policy as much as possible.

Please note that if you have not received the products you ordered or items that were supposed to be included with your hardware are missing, you must contact the CAVACCHI customer service team through the contact page at cavacchioficial@gmail.com. We can only process these requests within 30 days of delivery.
Requirements
30-day period: Returns can be requested within 30 days of the product shipping date. You have 7 days from receiving the return approval to return the products.
All products must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition. CAVACCHI may refuse a return if the product or its packaging is damaged.
If a product is deemed not suitable for return, CAVACCHI will inform the customer that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. In that case, the client will be able to choose if they want:
that the product is sent back to the customer with a shipping cost of €10 or that the product is recycled.
If you do not select any of the indicated options within a period of 14 days from the notification of the rejection of the return by CAVACCHI, the product will be recycled.
Free Return Shipping: All orders can be returned for free via one of the shipping companies we have selected. To do this, follow the instructions that we will send to your respective email. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the shipping of a return.
Due to the nature of physical gift cards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once printed. If an order for cards that has entered the testing phase but has not yet been printed is cancelled, a charge of €15 will be applied, which will be deducted from the refund issued.
We will refund or exchange, within 30 days from the date of purchase, any order that is missing items or includes items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If any item is missing from the order, please contact our customer service through the contact page cavacchioficial@gmail.com.
